FUNNER, CALIF. (Nov. 4, 2026) – Harrah’s Resort Southern California is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Adams to Vice President of Resort Operations. Previously the resort’s Director of Food & Beverage, Adams will now oversee hotel operations, culinary, retail, spa and guest experience initiatives, driving service excellence and operational growth across the property.
“Ryan has been an invaluable leader and trusted mentor across Harrah’s Resort Southern California since joining us in 2023,” said Jill Barrett, Senior Vice President/GM. “His deep hospitality acumen paired with a collaborative, people-first approach makes him the perfect choice to lead resort operations and ensure our guests continue to enjoy the standout hospitality that Funner is known for.”
Adams officially joined the resort in 2023, serving as Director of Restaurant Operations before advancing to Director of Food & Beverage. During his tenure, he has championed the strengthening of collaboration across departments while fostering a culture centered on service, accountability and continuous improvement. Guided by a people-first philosophy, Adams believes that empowering and valuing Team Members is the foundation of unforgettable guest experiences. Before his time at Harrah’s Resort SoCal, his leadership career spanned premier Southern California entertainment and gaming destinations, including Disneyland as Senior Stage Manager, Soboba Casino Resort as Multi-Unit Operations Manager and Pechanga Resort Casino as Director of Beverage.
A Southern California native, Adams resides in the Inland Empire with his wife and three young children. Outside of resort life, he enjoys spending time with his family, hanging out poolside, visiting Disneyland and cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers and Philadelphia Eagles - an avid sports fan.
