LAS VEGAS (Oct. 28, 2026) – SIPS Drinkery House will launch its limited-time Las Vegas pop-up at VISTA Cocktail Lounge inside Caesars Palace on Saturday, Oct. 31. Available through Thursday, Dec. 31, the experience showcases the acclaimed Barcelona bar’s flavor-first approach and clever presentation as Caesars Palace celebrates its 60th anniversary.
Named The World's Best Bar by The World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, SIPS has remained among the industry's elite, ranking No. 3 globally in both 2024 and 2025 while earning recognition as The Best Bar in Europe. Founded in 2021 by bartenders Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez, the bar is known for blending innovative technique and familiar flavors with presentation designed to elevate, rather than distract from, each drink.
The pop-up menu features 16 cocktails, including SIPS favorites and several drinks created especially for Caesars Palace. Highlights include Purple Rain, a modern whiskey sour with bourbon, wild sour honey and beetroot; Mosaic, featuring pisco brandy and aromatic Amazon rainforest woods, served in a painted glass inspired by Barcelona’s modernist art movement; and Krypta, a multisensory cocktail combining Glenfiddich scotch, London dry gin and clarified apple. Served in a striking, egg-shaped glass with fresh herbs suspended inside, Krypta offers an aromatic element with every sip.
VISTA Cocktail Lounge will feature Barcelona skyline imagery and SIPS Drinkery House videos across its digital screens, along with branded decorative pillows and coasters. Select cocktails will be served in the same glassware used at SIPS in Barcelona.
