LAS VEGAS (Aug. 13, 2025) – The Bedford by Martha Stewart at Paris Las Vegas celebrates its third anniversary this month with the debut of a revamped menu and the launch of immersive culinary classes that bring Martha’s most iconic recipes to life. The refreshed menu highlights elegant seafood dishes alongside longtime guest favorites, while the new classes invite guests to step inside Martha’s world for an unforgettable culinary experience.

The menu features elevated seafood offerings including appetizers like Clams Marinière with saffron, white wine, garlic, herbs, and grilled bread, and Lobster Rolls with Maine lobster, tarragon, celery, capers, chives, Meyer lemon aioli, frisée, and a buttered brioche bun. Entrées include the Stovetop Clam Bake with lobster tail, clams, mussels, shrimp, Spanish chorizo, corn, and potatoes with a spicy butter sauce, as well as a 1.5-pound Roasted Whole Lobster with toasted breadcrumbs, beurre blanc, and grilled lemon. Fan favorites such as Big Martha’s Pierogies, Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, and the Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie remain on the menu.

The newly introduced culinary classes offer a hands-on experience recreating Big Martha’s Pierogies, one of Martha’s most cherished family recipes, passed down from her mother. Perfect for groups, families or date nights, each class includes expert guidance from a Bedford chef and a keepsake embroidered apron for every guest.

The Bedford opened on Aug. 13, 2022, and marked Martha Stewart’s first restaurant, bringing her signature style and hospitality to the Las Vegas Strip. Designed to reflect Martha’s iconic farmhouse in Bedford, New York, the restaurant offers an immersive dining experience that captures the essence of her celebrated lifestyle.
