COLUMBUS, Ohio (June 3, 2024) – Restaurateur, chef and author Guy Fieri’s latest restaurant creation is now open at Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs. Guy Fieri’s Trattoria is the Columbus native’s first Italian restaurant and first Ohio location in partnership with Caesars Entertainment. The celebrity chef hosted a VIP celebration to commemorate his latest opening last week, during which guests were treated to a sneak peek of the restaurant. Fieri was joined by Caesars Entertainment President and COO Anthony Carano, Caesars Entertainment Executive Chairman of the Board Gary Carano, Caesars Entertainment Chief Legal Officer Ed Quatmann, Caesars Entertainment Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer Stephanie Lepori, Caesars Entertainment Chief Marketing Officer, Josh Jones, Caesars Entertainment Regional President Bill Reeg and Eldorado Gaming Scioto Downs Senior Vice President and General Manager Amy Ankerson and other guests.

Inspired by his Italian roots, Guy Fieri’s Trattoria menu features all the Italian American classics and some funky Flavortown favorites like the Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese, spicy Assassin’s Spaghetti, ‘Fieri on Fire’ Provolone cheese, that’s flambeed table side and a one of a kind, homemade 68-layer lasagna. For something sweet, guests can enjoy a classic tiramisu, NY cheesecake, or a cannoli sampler.
