NEW ORLEANS (Nov. 8, 2023) – Emeril Lagasse joins a growing list of celebrity chefs as the soon-to-be Caesars New Orleans nears completion. Emeril’s Brasserie will be a three-meal restaurant thatmarries French-inspired dishes with Creole flavors, packing a punch and adding an Emeril twist on dishes guests are sure to love. Emeril’s Brasserie is now open; reservations can be made through Open Table.

“I am so proud to introduce this new concept at the beautiful Caesars New Orleans,” said Chef Emeril Lagasse. “We worked really hard to create a menu that brings classic French dishes to life, adding a little something extra by blending my favorite flavors from New Orleans with flavors from my childhood. I’m excited for fans to come out and try it.”

The knockout menu features items such as Steak Frites Au Poivre, Kicked-Up Onion Soup and Whole Roasted Gulf Fish Court Bullion, as well as a bountiful seafood tower and a “Mile-High” Peanut Butter Pie, which can be accompanied by a refreshing Sidecar or delicate French 75 from the full bar.

“We are making incredible progress with the transition from Harrah’s to Caesars New Orleans, and to introduce this stellar restaurant by Chef Emeril is another game changer for us,” said Samir Mowad, SVP and General Manager of Harrah’s New Orleans. “Opening Emeril’s Brasserie in New Orleans, the first venture for Chef Emeril with Caesars Entertainment, is a true testament to what our guests can expect from our destination in the future.”

The restaurant's interior showcases a casual elegance reminiscent of a classic French brasserie in Paris with high ceilings, natural light and curated artwork. The main dining room has seating for nearly 200, along with a Chef’s counter that provides a view into the kitchen and two private dining rooms totaling 29 seats. Guests can also dine on the terrace to enjoy the sights and sounds of historic Canal Street and the gateway to the French Quarter.

Emeril’s Brasserie is accessible from the casino floor and the property’s newly renovated Canal Street entrance and will be available for all ages, including guests under 21 who are required to use this entrance. Emeril’s Brasserie is open daily between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. and will soon expand to offer weekend brunch and eventually breakfast and lunch in the near future.

Emeril’s quick-service coffee shop and bakery, Emeril’s Petite Brasserie, adjacent to the main restaurant, is open daily starting at 7 a.m. and accessible from the casino floor. For more information, please visit https://www.caesars.com/harrahs-new-orleans/restaurants/emerils-brasserie
